Big Dog Solar is finding creative ways to give back to customers — even while social distancing.
In this video, Mitch from Big Dog Solar surprises customers with free gifts and gift cards from local businesses. Because traditional face-to-face delivery wasn’t always possible, the team had to get a little creative with how those gifts were delivered.
One of those ideas? Using a drone.
Customers receive prizes including a $50 gift card to a local barbecue restaurant and money to spend at a local pizzeria. Beyond simply rewarding customers, the giveaway also helps support other businesses in the community.
For Mitch, these moments are one of the highlights of working at Big Dog Solar. As he puts it, giving back to customers is “the best part of my job.”
